British Columbia Association of Optometrists
All OVP optometrists are members of the B.C. Association of Optometrists. The provincial association is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional skill and acumen. Ongoing continuing education is mandatory for optometrists. For more information, click here

Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO)
All OVP optometrists are members of CAO, sharing in the knowledge of over 3,200 peers across Canada. CAO provides optometrists with a wide range of programs and resources. For more information, click here.

Workplace safety associations
OVP is a proud member of the BC Safety Council. OVP also liaises regularly with the Workers' Compensation Board of B.C. and maintains ongoing communication with the Canadian Standards Association and other provincial occupational vision plans.
